About Us
The Discovery Chess Club was founded in 2007. Our club’s 40 students represent a range of skill levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors. We provide children with professional chess coaching. We are doing an exemplary job in the field of chess coaching and catering to a large number of students under the roof. We are consistently maintaining a great reputation and are actively producing chess champions and striving to keep the chess community strong and happy!. We are a non profit academy with a goal to make an individual think chess as a life long passion . Learning to Love chess where we in still life long love for chess. We are the only academy in NE Ohio that Offers over the board GM and FM training for a very affordable amount.
Mission
We work together to make chess easier and available for anyone to enjoy without age,race,gender being a barrier. every student has a positive and happy learning experience. Our students are encouraged to participate actively, to strive to achieve their best, and to value the pursuit of knowledge.

Our vision is to develop chess and chess players by providing them with high quality chess education. We guide them with valuable lessons and discipline that will serve them in all aspects of life.
What We Offer
Online
Learn chess from where you are – we offer online coaching conducted by our coaches. They are designed in such a way that the students can enhance their skills
Group classes in Academy
Learning together is vital for students’ growth. Our group sessions open doors for students to learn from each other and grow together.
Academy classes (Physically at the academy)
Play chess and learn together with the members of the academy. Students play chess amongst each other and learn together.
Individual private lessons
We provide one-to-one coaching for the students, both offline and online so that they get undivided attention. Students get special attention with our high-quality individual sessions.
